Introduction
In early 2025, the founder of Sourceful issued a bold challenge: launch a brand-new product in just two weeks. I took ownership of the end-to-end creative execution, including app design, promotional website, Shopify site, packaging, support documentation, and marketing assets.
To meet the deadline, I leaned heavily on a hybrid workflow of AI and design tools. Midjourney, Claude, and Cursor accelerated ideation and content generation, while Figma, Framer, and the Adobe Creative Suite enabled rapid, polished production. Through this AI-augmented process, we went from concept to launch in record time, proving what a lean, focused team can accomplish under pressure.

Challenges
Launching a full product in just 14 days demanded extreme focus, fast decision-making, and a willingness to embrace imperfection. The compressed timeline left no room for drawn-out revisions or siloed workflows, everything had to move in parallel, from design and development to packaging and content.
Working with AI tools like Claude and Midjourney introduced both speed and unpredictability. While they helped accelerate copywriting, ideation, and visual exploration, the outputs often required significant refinement to align with brand standards. Prompt tuning, regenerating assets, and manually cleaning up results were part of the daily grind.
Designing across multiple surfaces, app, web, physical packaging, and support channels, required tight coordination to maintain a cohesive look and feel. Integrating everything into a seamless experience meant constantly shifting between tools like Cursor, Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite with minimal margin for error.
Despite the pressure, the project became a proof-of-concept for AI-augmented product development: fast, scrappy, and creative, without compromising on quality.
